Shipping method

When do we ship ?
After receiving the order form from you and confirmation of payment by credit card, we will check the availability of your items.
Then we will ship your order within a couple of days.
Please note that order bracelet will be completed within 1 week due to a handmade bracelet which each stones are selected based on your birthstone.
If you wish to order monogramming, it will take about 2 weeks.
If you wish to order photographing in Hawaii, it will take about 2-4 weeks.
When you placed an order, the order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you automatically.

How do we ship?
We will ship your order by EMS.
Delivery is available over 120 countries and you can check the status by tracking service. Estimated shipping days will be 2~5 days.
Shipping costs are uniform throughout the nation and included in a item.

Return Policy

All products are not cancelable and exchangeable except when we sent wrong items and obvious damaged items caused in transit. Damaged items will be replaced free of charge, provided notification is made within 7 days of receipt of goods and the original goods are returned to us.
